My review on the fast food restaurant Jollibee.
Taste of Joy: My honest review of jollibee
By: Quen Niegel Mar S. Pangilinan
If you’re a Filipino, chances are you’ve had Jollibee at least once in your life probably more times than you can count. I grew up with the bright red and white bee, birthday parties filled with spaghetti and Chickenjoy, and the unmistakable smell of crispy fried chicken and sweet spaghetti.
The Food:
ππ1. Chickenjoy
Let’s start with the star of the show. Chickenjoy. No exaggeration here, this might be the best fast-food fried chicken in the Philippines. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside.
π2. Jolly Spaghetti
Non-Filipinos might be surprised by the sweetness, but for us Filipinos, that’s what makes it special. The ketchup sauce, the little hotdog slices, the mountain of cheese on top it’s childhood in a red container.
ππ«π3. Burger Steak
Two juicy burger patties in mushroom gravy, served with rice. It’s simple, filling, and comforting.
ππ4. Yumburger and Jolly Hotdog
These are your go-to's if you're just craving something quick and snacky. The Yumburger’s sweet-style dressing its heavenly., and the Jolly Hotdog the best the overloaded with cheese, ketchup makes it soo good.
π¨π₯€5. Desserts & Drinks: Sweet Endings
You can’t leave Jollibee without trying a Peach Mango Pie. It’s crispy, gooey, the sweetness hits just right.
Also, the Coke float with ice cream on top — is one of the best feelings ever.
π6. The Vibe of going to Jollibee
The best thing about Jollibee isn’t just the food. Jollibee has this unmatched sense of community.
And the service is overall goodπ€
7. My over all rating: 9.5/10
